Active Ingredients: Psyllium Husk powder (Each 5.9g dose contains 3.4g of psyllium husk powder Aspaartame Citric Acid, Maltodextrin Sunset Yellow FCF CI 15985, Artificial & Natural Orange Flavour, Sodium (Each 5.9g dose contains less than 5mg Sodium) Dosage: To Restore & Maintain Regularity: Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 teaspoons added to 250ml of liquid, to be taken 1-3 times daily Children 6 – 11 years: 1 teaspoon added to 250ml of liquid, to be taken 1-3 times daily To Lower Cholesterol: Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 teaspoons added to 250ml of liquid, to be taken 3 times daily NEW Users - Start with 1 dose per day, gradually increase to 3 doses per day as necessary.
